Terrible customer sevice


Macy's has terrible, disrespectful and not friendly customer service. On line service is the worst. Technical support is not professional. They change service on line a few years ago , and I didn't understand when the amount on card is $0, I must pay $25. I wrote them, called them. It didn't help. Now they changed on line service again. I can't to obtain the access to my Macy's Store account, access is possible only to American Express Macy's card. Technical support is not professional at all. Customer service can hold you on phone more then thirty minutes. I am the customer online Macy's for many years. It getting worse day by day.Terrible, terrible service. Olga
